Terms and Conditions for Events at the Farm

  1. Ticket Purchase and Attendance:

    • By purchasing a ticket for the event, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined herein.

    • Attendance to the event is subject to presentation of a valid ticket upon arrival.

  2. Non-Refundable Tickets:

    • All tickets for this event are nonrefundable. Refunds will not be issued for any reason, including but not limited to cancellations, personal schedule conflicts, or adverse weather conditions.

  3. Event Date and Location:

    • The event will take place on the specified date and location as indicated in the invitation or ticket information.

  4. Age Limit:

    • Attendees must be of legal drinking age in their respective jurisdiction to consume alcoholic beverages at the event. Proper identification may be requested.

  5. Special Requests:

    • Any special dietary requirements or requests must be communicated at the time of ticket purchase. While we will do our best to accommodate, we cannot guarantee all requests can be met.

  6. Weather and Safety:

    • The event will proceed rain or shine. Attendees are advised to dress appropriately for potential outdoor elements. In the case of severe weather conditions, the event organizers reserve the right to make necessary adjustments to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all guests, including the cancellation of the event in part or in whole.

  7. Farm Tour:

    • Participation in the farm tour is optional but highly encouraged. Guests are advised to wear appropriate footwear for walking on uneven terrain.

  8. Alcohol Consumption:

    • Alcoholic beverages will be served at this event. Attendees are expected to consume responsibly, and the event organizers reserve the right to refuse service to any individual at their discretion.

  9. Photography and Media:

    • By attending the event, you grant permission for photographs and video footage taken during the event to be used for promotional and marketing purposes.

  10. Liability:

    • Attendees acknowledge that they are participating in the event at their own risk. The event organizers, including the farm owner and staff, are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or loss of personal property that may occur during the event.

  11. Event Changes or Cancellation:

    • In the unlikely event that the organizers must cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances, attendees will be notified, and refunds will be issued at the discretion of the organizers.

  12. Right to Modify Terms:

    • The event organizers reserve the right to modify or amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any such changes will be communicated to attendees in a timely manner.
